E.P.I. MANUFACTURING AND TESTING

E.P.I.'s 4.5-acre fabrication facility is equipped for material staging, inspection and handling, welding, blasting, painting, and load-out into ocean going containers. Our location on a freshwater slip in an industrial port in South Louisiana facilitates loadout onto commercial vessels, trucks, or rail spur.
E.P.I.'s polymer molding facility is equipped with rubber presses and molds as well as one of the largest Polyurethane ovens in the country. All of our polymer products are molded in this facility under strict QA/QC manufacturing procedures. Some of the largest energy absorbers in the world have been manufactured at this facility including the 52" shock cells manufactured for Kvaerner Concrete Construction of Norway.
